build himself a dream home

 that rests over a fishing pond and comes with a secret fishing hole

The house was completed in September 2014. Since then, the house has attracted

 attention of people of neighbouring town

 and media. Nevertheless, the house that was built out of an undying love for fishing has been recently put on market,

as Philips has plans to build a bigger house with a much bigger personal fishing pond.
